QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

Q. What if my name or agency name should change. Would I have to purchase a new disk?
A. No. Simply send your disk to us with the changes you desire and the disk will be returned to you within 14 days with the changes you requested.

Q. I know very little about computers, will I really be able to use these forms?
A. Yes. The design of the forms requires minimal computer skills. If you experience a problem or have a question assistance is available, free of charge, by contacting the Badlands Board of Realtors office.

Q. What if I like the existing forms but would require simple changes to the existing verbiage they contain. Can these changes be made?
A. Yes. Changes can be made to the existing verbiage of any form for a minimal fee.

Q. Is there a time limit on when changes have to be made by?
A. No. There are no time limits on when change requests must be submitted. Simply return your disk with the requested changes.

Q. What if I want a totally new form added to my disk or major changes made to existing forms. Can this be done?
A. Yes. Any new form can be added to your existing disk. Major changes to existing forms can also be done with board approval.
